Assistance with wedding planning as a consultant, answering questions, giving advice, and pointing out the various planning and booking services to watch for.

The Bride’s Sapphire Service

Directing: Consultation with the bride and groom just prior to the final meeting with the Clergy/Officiate to discuss plans for the ceremony. This is where questions are asked to make sure that the Bride and Groom are in sync with the Clergy about the ceremony. Consultant at Rehearsal, assisting the Officiate, and organizing the Wedding Party. Consultant arrives at least 1 hour prior to the start of the Wedding to assist in final preparation of Wedding Party. Lining up the Wedding Party and family, for correct seating and entrance.

The Bride’s Pearl Service

Limited Budget Coordinator: Coordinating without directing or any coordinating the week of the wedding. Prices are in direct relation to the number of attendants, invitations, services required, and the menu at the reception.

The Bride’s Ruby Service

Full Service Coordinating: Complete consulting and planning assistance. Arranging appointments for sites, services, and supplies for the Bride to make selections. Full Directing is included.
